Writing is critical to success as an individual in communications as it provides a comprehensive form of communication that can be reviewed and reflected in clarity so that the best consideration of grammar can be used for messaging between individuals and establishments.

Graphic Samples
While you may or may not believe it, drawing and photography can be a very useful and critical tool within strategic communication.
Drawing and photography allows individuals to communicate differently, bypassing verbal language while also conveying emotions and complex ideas. These two acts can help both mediators create entire plans of action or identifiers for themselves and also help the clients communicate in more than one way to their mediators.

Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence is crucial in the mediation field, as this knowledge allows individuals to analyze and interpret emotions between parties, build trust with their clients, foster collaboration and produce change. This skill is so important, that it is not only a skill employers search for in the mediation field, but search in the workforce as a whole.
Realizing the importance of Emotional Intelligence, I have compiled assignments analyzing individual's cultures and actions to gain better understanding of why they feel or act a certain way, emotionally.
